We would like to have closure and to be able to live our lives and not wonder constantly where he is. Willard was not only a father to 10 children he was a grandfather to 27 grandchildren and a great grandfather to 20 great granchildren.Whom loved him very much. Year after year we had to live with losing loved ones that never new what happened to their son, brother and uncle.
